About Rhea May 4, 2012

Hi, my name is Rachel, but I usually go by Rhea (pronounced Ray). I am a 29-year-old child of God  trying to recover not only my life, but my true self, from an eating disorder, self-harm, anxiety, and depression. I hope you find this blog full of the hope that I have to recover (the hope that I have for everyone to recover, really), information that I find helpful for recovery, and the humor that I like to throw into it. Remember, you are worth recovery. Take care of yourself, and I hope you enjoy my blog.

Hello Rhea, I hope things are going well for you so far in your recovery. Trust me when I say I can relate … I recently went through something similar and came out the other side =) I wish you the best,

Thank you. I believe that the best way to make the journey to recovery is with the support and comfort given to us by people on a similar path; and to give back when we can. I am glad you enjoy my blog and hope we make it to recovery together.
      Take care!
